Shipping and Freight
Get it fast from Stratt PC! With our 30+strategically located national warehouses, we can reach 99.9% of the nations buying power index in 2-3 days UPS Ground. Orders received and credit approved by 5:00 PM local time ship same day in most cases. Shipments are F.O.B. from our warehouses . Large screen TV's and other heavy or bulky items may not be eligible for free freight and may incur significantly higher freight charges than are shown. Please contact your Stratt PC Sales or Customer Service Representative for more information.

Backorders
All orders not in stock at time of order will be placed on back order unless purchase order specifies otherwise. Backorders will automatically be filled as the product becomes available. You will be notified only if your backorder has been outstanding for more than (4) weeks. Special orders will be accepted for products which are available through manufacturers we currently carry. All special orders require a hard copy, non-cancelable purchase order and may be subject to certain other restrictions.

Return Policy Overview:
E.G. Stratt Industries, LLC, through its owned and operated websites, proudly stands behind the quality and trusted brands we sell online everyday! Our goal is to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with every order you place regardless of size or dollar value!  Therefore, customers may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition (including Universal Product Code-UPC, manuals, parts or accessories) if it meets the Return Policy Guidelines as indicated below:  

15-Day Return Policy Guidelines:

  • Wrong product SKU, coloror sizewas shipped
  • Product shipped is defective in any way
  • Didn't likethe itempurchased:You are still welcome to return the product, However,a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fees including insurance are your responsibility

No returns on the following items:

  • Video Games, Pre-Paid Cards, Software (including downloads) or DVDs 
  • No Exchanges! Due to a constant change in inventory, we cannot accept exchanges!


How long will it take to approve my return?

After processing your RMA request (may take up to 48-hours Mon - Fri.), and after the item has been returned as instructed - an approval of your return can take 5 to 10 business days, not including weekends or Holidays! If the item sent is wrong, we will arrange to have your order picked-up.  If the item ordered is your error, you will have to arrange to send the item back using the approved RMA# with address to the appropriate warehouse for processing.  A credit (minus any restocking fees if applicable) will be sent back to you, utilizing the payment method you chose when purchasing your items.  You are responsible for obtaining insurance and tracking information as well.

How do I make return?

Login to My Account and submit your Return Merchandise Authorization Form. The Return Authorization form needs to be filled out completely. Up to 2-Business Days, upon receipt and approval of your RMA form, we will issue an RMA# with address for the return process to begin properly. Once your order has been received, it may take up to 5 or 10 business days to approve and/or issue you a store credit or total refund to your account, (excluding any re-stocking fees if applicable to your return). 

What are the Return Merchandise Authorization rules?

Once you submit the Return Authorization Form from your account , you can return the product according to the return rules for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping if it applies to your item(s).

Please Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping your package back to our suppliers' warehouse! We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error.

I was sent the wrong product?

If you have received a different product SKU, color or size - other than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
  • Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
  • Original invoice or receipt. Once this documentation is reviewed and approved, your refund will be determined and issued accordingly.  Login to your account to get this process started

What to do with damaged or missing items?

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to us within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by completing a Return Merchandise Authorization Form by logging into My Account located above.  We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund to anyone who notifies Stratt PC after 3(three) business days.

Our order error:

If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS or FedEx and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.

Items returned after 15 days:

Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery and are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will not receive a refund.

Package returned undelivered

If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.

Packing my return?
Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your RMA # on the outside of your box.

Shipping my return?
If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product.
 
Receipt of my return?
We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 to 15 business days upon receipt of your return. Check My Account to see your refund status!
